WIP Investments Forty (Pty) Ltd was registered in March 1996 and purchased their first three buildings in 1998. Currently, WIP40 owns 29 buildings some solely occupied by NUMSA regional and local offices and some with external tenants. One of the properties owned by WIP40 is VMCC (Vincent Mabuyakhulu Conference Center) which both has hotel accommadation, a restaurant with live performances on certain days, “HOTSPOT” offices for those working remotely but have bandwidth issues or even when you have an important meeting and you can not have the children interrupting you during the meeting, VMCC prides itself with its modern multiple conference centers.

Our Vision

• To provide fully furnished and dignified office accommodation for all NUMSA offices across the country. Thereby making sure that even in adverse financial circumstances NUMSA has its own offices to carry on its operations without any hindrances

• To explore extending benefits to the members by providing housing for them and their families, who neither qualify for a bond nor for RDP houses.

Our Mission

• To provide fully furnished National Head Quarters for Numsa backed up with a Residential Conference Centre.

• To provide fully furnished office buildings for all 9 Numsa Regional Offices with a sizeable meeting hall for each region.

• To provide dignified, sizeable and fully furnished office space including meeting hall for all 52 Numsa local offices.

• To provide housing for National Office Bearers as per the Central Committee decision

• To provide housing for Numsa members in collaboration with the banks and government

• To invest in commercial and industrial property
